town where i grew up had exactly one shop.. it sold pretty much everything from bread to nuts and bolts... owner closed up shop when his wife died tho

(dude was a bee keeper... wife allergic to bees... time to get an ambulance over there more than an hour ..... it was predictable really...)

It’s not a small-town pharmacy unless it has a lunch counter with hot food, cooked to order. :P

This actually all makes sense to me, CVS and Walgreens all tend to carry that stuff, too.

yeah, but you use to be abe to get over the counter Tylenol with code ine there. which was nice.  I miss grabbing a few bottles up when ever I went up north.
